We help you to resolve your differences through mediation.

 

We understand how stressful and emotional relationship breakdown can be whether it is in a work, family, or commercial setting and we aim to take the tension out of the dispute. Our mediators allow all voices to be heard openly and constructively.

 

We guide you through a process with the aim of you seeking a resolution to your differences. Our mediators help you to frame your agreement in language that is consistent with the issues in dispute and where appropriate make it binding on all when a consensus is reached.

We aim to provide a framework for people in dispute to discuss their issues and move conversations that have become circular in nature into forward-focused solutions that can form a workable agreement in a safe and confidential environment.

 

We have the benefit of using our professional background as a Solicitor and an Accountant to help the parties to identify their problems and ask difficult questions when needed whilst facilitating an open discussion to explore the options available to reach their own solutions.
